The Africkiko App is available on AppStore and PlayStore, you can do a search "Africkiko" on either store and you will get the updated version of the application or click on the app links on the home page

The only verified location to get our application is from Google PlayStore of Apple AppStore. Be ware of malicious files sent by unkowns

Creating and delete account

To sell your music to your fans all over the world be able to monitor and manage your sales, streams and download from the comfort of the application, you need to create an artist account. Select "Artist account" during account creation and after review, your account status will be communicated to you so you can start selling.

To listen to latest releases and even create playlist from all your favorite songs, you need a standard user account. Here, you still have the option to manage your downloads, change payment methods as well as have access to other features such the Music Chart.

To listen to music offline, make sure you have subscribed if the song/album is free or purchase the song/album. You can then download the the song or album and check your downloads, you can play every song/album in your downloads when you are offline.
Uploading singles and albums

To upload singles, login to your artist account, click on "More" in the bottom left and access the "My Tracks" tab. From there, click on the plus (+) sign on the top-right conner and follow the instructions to upload your songs.

To upload Albums, login to your artist account, click on "More" in the bottom left and access the "My albums" tab. From there, click on the plus (+) sign on the top-right conner and follow the instructions to upload an album.

After upload your single or album, it might take a few seconds for your album or single to display so wait 10 to 30 seconds and refresh the app to see your uploads.
Subscriptions

With subscription, you have access to song and albums that are not on sale but are available for streaming. You also get the privilege of creating playlists and downloading the song/album for offline plays whereas, if you are buying a song or album and you are not a subscriber, you only get access to songs you have purchased and a daily limit of 10 songs but cannot create playlists for these songs.

The subscription fee display's in USD because of international stardard and compliance put in place by AppStore and PlayStore but when purchasing your subscription, our application will convert the amount to the currency of your choice.

Once a subscription has been initiated, you will have to wait for the next subscription circle to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe immediatley but it will only take effect in the next subscription circle.
Payments

With our Stripe payment method, you can use debit, credit or debit visa or Mastercard

With Apple's in-app payment policies, a third-party payment such as MoMo/OR for our case is not permitted so you can only make subscriptions through Apple Pay or Stripe.

If you don't see your country in the list of countries for Mobile Money payments, please use the in-app payment method. We are working hard to make sure we have all countries available.

To initiate a refund as an artist, sendd and email to billing@africkiko.com and support@africkiko.com with the reseason(s) for the refund. Make sure your provide all information that will be requested for the procedure.
